“This was the first time i have stayed at an apartment as normal use hotels, but this maybe the way forward for me as a frequent traveler.
It was like home from home with some very nice touches which whilst simple but milk in the fridge was great especially for the cup of tea in the morning.

“Really great room for the price, with soft and harder chairs and a good sized desk for working;
Bathroom was well appointed with large walk in shower cubicle and plenty of towels on a heated rail;
Tea / coffee, etc, supplied on a tray and a small fridge provided for personal use with 'top up' supplies provisioned in a cupboard on the landing;
Room was very quiet regarding adjacent rooms but some road noise, etc, apparent for road-facing rooms;
Car parking for approx 6 vehicles in a private……
“The purpose of my stay in Castle Cary was to go visit the Newt in Somerset.I was warmly greeted and thanks to Martin’s lifts to and from the Newt made it so easy.the house is amazing.the garden backs unto fields.It is idyllic.
I recommend this B&B to anyone who loves a beautiful setting”
“Staff were a delight the entire stay. Room (1) was beautiful and clean, with windows on 3 sides (excellent for a breeze), lovely roll top bed, comfy mattress and very nice modern bathroom.
Bathrobes were a nice touch.
Ate at the hotel Saturday night and it was superb.
Scotch egg was delicious, pork fabulous and the pizza was gorgeous.
Excellent wine selection and utterly superb soft drink (bottles in the fridge) range.
Breakfast was really good. Yoghurt, fruits and cereal, then cooked……

Room was quite new and spotless. Had a fridge with water and pepsi, also some nuts and biscuits included. Lovely village location. ”
