“Our stay from July 6-11 while our son was playing baseball at Cooperstown All Star Village was perfect. The location is somewhat in the middle between Cooperstown and Oneonta, which works well if you’re going to both cities. It was a scenic 18-minute drive from the Lakeside cottage to the All Star fields by Oneonta (I think it’s even closer to the other baseball complex by Cooperstown).The rustic cottage was perfect for our needs and was comfortable, clean, quiet and relaxing. “My son and I are from Seattle, we meet up with my brothers from Florida and Ohio for the MLB Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony in Cooperstown. What a wonderful weekend it was and at a beautiful house that overlooked a creek with two waterfalls. The outside views from the deck were only surpassed by the wide-open spaces inside the house.
