“This is a magical house and property! We stayed here as a family (and with another family) while our son played at Dreams Park and everyone from the kids, adults, and grandparents absolutely loved it! I am already hoping that our younger son gets a chance to play in Cooperstown so that we can stay here again in 3 years! The house is a short drive to the Dreams Park (17 minutes), which allowed us to easily come back to the house between games and cook meals. The house is completely stocked with……

“The location was good. The house has a ton of space. The property was peaceful. I wasn’t aware that the basement was rented out separately so when we arrived we were surprised to find a car from another state there. I also wasn’t aware that the house DOES NOT HAVE A/C! The temperature reached 100 degrees but house does has a couple fans and gets a really good cross breeze when you open the doors and windows. I wish more of windows and the exterior doors had screens has there were quite a few……

“We had the greatest family time eating our Thanksgiving Dinner and enjoying the snow. The house was spacious warm and comfortable. We played board games also put puzzles together. The little ones played basketball and rode bikes. HATS OFF TO YOU FOR YOUR BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY!!!”

“We spent several days at the farm resort and we had a great experience! The property is spacious and we all had our own space to spread out. The game room, which includes ping pong, pool, a hot tub, darts, and board games were used everyday. We had homemade scones and blueberry muffins delivered to us, which were delicious. We used the grill and outside fire pit each evening. We enjoyed exploring the miles of trails. Can’t say enough for the hospitality. If our travels take us in that direction……
