“I’ve just returned from this beautiful property, it had all a family would want , swimming pool,hot tub, games room.it was convenient to new forest,we aged between 85 to1 years of age,all where cater for.From the games in the games room to the games in the house, the utilities in the kitchen and the good size bedrooms. not to mention the barbecue,and the ability to have an open fire while barbecuing,since it’s been pouring down with rain.”

“It was perfect for what we were after. A night in Southampton before getting an early ferry. Location for that. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. Really helped make the stay. Only thing we would change would be a fan in the room, as widows didn't open much to get air flow. That said it was one of the hottest nights of the year. ”

“The boat had been moved to a new location which I was unaware of, but when I contacted the Team, Steve was so helpful, answering any queries I had, nothing was any trouble. Steve explained the boat was moved to a better location, which I was, quieter and much more scenic, it was beautiful! Thankyou. I dropped off a few bits to Matt in the morning and he had kindly put up the small birthday banner, got the cake ready and the champagne was on ice ready for our arrival. “Ideal for our family get together and was helped by great weather. We were all sorry when we had to leave. The kids loved and made full use of the pool and everyone enjoyed the hot tub. The pub and games room were great features and were well used. Only one small point was that there were some dirty trays left in the oven. Would highly recommend for a similar group.”

“We had a beautiful week at Karelia, the lodge was fantastic! Clean, very well equipped for the size of the group, perfect location in Ringwood forest with around 8 amazing play areas within an 25 minute walk. Timo was a great host. We would definitely book again! Only point I’d make if I was being picky would be the double bed in loft isn’t suitable for adults as it’s a tight squeeze to get in and out but for children it would be fine and the hot tub lid was hard to take on & off.”

“Ideal for couple of nights stay. Easy parking was a bonus. ”

"The location is not good, far away from the city center. The room is not very clean. The staff will not let you feel welcome. The car park is not on site the hotel, need to walk to the public car parking , walk 5-7 mins. I will not stay at this hotel again. "
