“Very friendly and welcoming - lovely property and attached gastro pub - Dog friendly too. The only thing is I did let them know it was my husbands birthday and nothing was done at the hotel, or the pub for dinner - a small token wouldn’t have hurt.”

“Chewton Glen is a glorious hotel with fabulous, well cared for grounds. (Although the patios and tables in the Croquet rooms, could do with attention)The staff are exceptional, with every individual staff member reacting promptly, to our requests. We dined at the Kitchen on the first evening, which was superb. Unfortunately, on both mornings of our stay, our cooked breakfasts were rather disappointing. “Although only booked for one night, but I had a very good experience.The staff are very helpful, the location is convenience that is close to town and just next to Cathedral. I love the fact that the hotel is a historical building and preserved so well from the inside and outside. Highly recommend to stay there while you visit Stonehenge, Old Sarum & Saisbury Cathedral.”
