“First want to say a shout out for Dylan and Mariene and another Gentleman., They couldn’t be any more helpful if they tried.. they saw to my every want and need we had and they met ever challenge with a smile as it wasn’t a problem. Marilynne (house cleaning, I think that was her name) was wonderful She tied the room up at the extras we asked for and couldn’t do more to help us. “The evening receptionist was exceptional and so helpful, very polite and informative. The hotel is less than a 20 minute walk from the station so easy to get to. The hot tub and swimmjng pool was great. The fault I found is the rooms being a little cold ”

“We had one night here after attending the iFly experience nearby. The rooms were clean, well equipped and good comfy bed. There was plenty of storage and hooks by the door (never understand why some hotels don’t put hooks for coats etc) so this was a huge bonus. We ate in the pub, which we enjoyed. Was lovely to sit in the sunshine enjoying a drink and but needing to go to far. We did have a walk around the area, would highly recommend doing this if you get chance. Would definitely return.”

“We’ve booked one night here at first, then we decided to go there one day before and booked one more day. We told the reception lady when we arrived check in, she said it’s ok, no need to do the check in again and we could stay in the same room. The next day at ten mins before ten, a housekeeper locked on our door and told us to check out. We’re surprised and told her our case, she told us to check with the reception. Then the reception said we’ve to check out and come back by 4 to check in……
