“Because of the age of the building there was no air conditioning. And only a tiny fan in the round. 10” I found it was just to unbearable to sleep. Warm day and room above the kitchen. One member of staff said to mention to reception. She said they have a lot of people say about it and they should be doing something about it. Was I was checking out and mentioned to the lady there. She brushed me off and I felt awkward and hurt. She did not care. ”

“We’ve booked one night here at first, then we decided to go there one day before and booked one more day. We told the reception lady when we arrived check in, she said it’s ok, no need to do the check in again and we could stay in the same room. The next day at ten mins before ten, a housekeeper locked on our door and told us to check out. We’re surprised and told her our case, she told us to check with the reception. Then the reception said we’ve to check out and come back by 4 to check in……
