“The Leonard is situated in downtown Muskegon and is within a block or two of both the Muskegon Museum of Art (an excellent art museum) and the Muskegon Convention Center and social district. This is a great place to stay and the accommodations, which have a techno-industrial vibe, are new and spacious. Just terrific!”

“Very clean, updated. Felt pretty secure, neighborhood was a little shady at first sight but did not have any problems. Response time from property mgrs was excellent responding to questions within minutes. The shower head was not good, water flow was poor spraying different directions and water pressure low..lastly mini freezer has alot of ice buildup. Overall was good will stay again and recommend. Thank you!”

“The property itself is very cute and clean. Decorated very sweet and comfortable. This is Muskegon but this particular area felt safe. Mostly one family homes in a neighborhood setting with several shops and businesses across from the water. I imagine during the summer months, it’s a very active area. The only con is parking is on the street, out of view of the house I rented. This IS Muskegon, so I was a little concerned. But I didn’t have any issues. Communication with the property manager……

“This cute little place had everything we needed for one night in Muskegon. Everything inside is new and well cared for. The host was easy to communicate with. They own the cafe below as well and treated us to breakfast the next morning for a minor inconvenience which wasn't expected, but very much appreciated. It’s a 7 minute drive to the beach and perfect if you have a furry friend with you- they even leave dog treats! Would stay again! ”

“My wife and I stayed for one evening while our children attended a scout event at the nearby Owasippe Scout Reservation. This room is comfortable and nicely remodeled. Bathroom and shower were great too. Will defiantly return next time we need a room in the area.”

“Property was very clean. Only caveat is that I would have preferred to receive the access information sooner than an hour before check-in (so I didn't keep needing to check my phone), and I would have preferred to receive the check-out instructions at the same time...I left for breakfast early on my day of departure and then needed to go back to the unit to take care of some minor check-out items as I didn't get the instructions until a couple of hours before check-out. Would have loved to have……
