“We booked a long bank holiday weekend at the very last minute and were not disappointed. Very tranquil location so the town isn't really walkable unless you are super fit although only minutes from town in a car. But the hotel more than made up for that. Very traditional which made you feel like you were stepping back in time. The staff were all super friendly and made us feel very welcome. We couldn't fault the room. “Was a really lovely pub, very welcoming, great service and the evening meal was to a very high standard. The manager moved us to a seafront view which was a nice touch, bed comfy, and well stocked tea and coffee facilities. Breakfast was 5 star, highly recommended.”

“A fabulous hotel. We had a very warm welcome and the owners couldnt do enough to accommodate us. The room was beautifully decorated , clean and comfortable. Nice big mugs for tea and coffee aand spares in the corridor if needed which was a thoughtful touch. The breakfast was continental (cooked only available on the Sunday morning) but was sufficient and nicely presented. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Thank you Neil and Heather ”
