“Seriously there are not words to describe how horrendous of experience this was...Sooooooo...I didn't know what I was expecting but definitely wasn't expecting what I saw when I unlocked the door to this property... it was a unique distinct smell of old folks home and weed...I have kids and couldn't stay there...from the broken blinds to the unsecured windows that don't lock in an old run down apartment complex...it wasn't safe and definitely wasn't sanitary...We ending up getting a hotel……

“Beautiful property. Well appointed. Everyone enjoyed the house, particularly the beds/bedding. Kitchen well equipped. Showers were great! Large and roomy. Convenient location. ”

“House was pretty nice over all there were a some dirty spots and could use a deep clean and updating & bug control- No tvs in the rooms- Fan outside was inoperable-Surpise there are cows hanging out - kinda cool but don’t remember that been mentioned- Low celing upstairs needs a warning sign and arcade - room?? Maybe board game room and beds upstairs were Less then comfortable- pool was nice and put door area inviting.over all was a nice place to visit with friends and family while in Sherman……

“Does not fit 6 people. Only 4. I have two sons that are around 6 foot and they had to sleep on the floor. The bathroom does not have a door. Made things very awkward since we were staying with in laws too.”

“It’s a very clean and well kept property a lot of nice amenities. However, the outside was unkept in the front porch was dirty. But you get for what you paid. Good place to stay if you really need to be in Sherman at a low price.”
