I was in your restaurant meet someone but a colleague who was check in with me together requested change the key for her to get into my room and you just did but not double check with me. you change the key for her but then I was not able enter the room. ”

“This was our last stay on a two week vacation to Japan and we used it as a treat after all the biking, walking, hiking we did on the front end. It was true pampering. It was the most westernized stay we had in Japan, but it still definitely spoke to the Japanese culture. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with an amazing view of wate rin front of us and skyline beyond- including the Tokyo Skytree. “The breakfast place is a bit small . Need to line up for quite a while if coming by around 10 am . Which shouldn’t be the case of a 5 stars hotel . Breakfast could be improved anyway , especially if talking it is located in tokyo . Futhermore . The concierge service could be improved regarding recommendations of nearby restaurants . And the hotel has no its own escort service from / to airport . ”
