“Mtserlebi Resort is located in a small village that is calm, clean and safe. The resort rooms were very clean and completely equipped with toiletries, coffee pods, hair dryer, bathrobes and towels. There was 24 hr hot water supply. The views from this resort are stunning. They have a small but very informative museum with-in the resort. They have plenty of place to walk, large indoor and outdoor pool, play area for children, open bar and a fire place. Staff were very friendly.”

The people who work there (we had contact with 4 or 5 people at different times in less than one day) are accommodating but do nothing if not asked, and you have to find them first. Positive: Nice mattress Negative: Everything else... - It is very noisy both from the road and the rooms. We had men next to us who were extremely noisy. - The bedding solution is not good with sheets that are uncomfortable and there is one blanket that good for……
