“Our stay was fine. The door handle to enter was difficult to open. They offered to send someone to check on it, but it was late by the time I reported it, so we said no, please. One multilight didn't work. The check in line was long, but moved pretty well. The hotel was clean, staff friendly, and our grandson loved the pool and lazy river.
