“I chose this hotel for convenience and price - it is actually quite nice with an excellent pizza place just two doors away. The lady at the front desk (Alex) is wonderful! She made sure I had a good, quiet room that was ready to go. ”

“This is the most rubbish hotel I have ever stayed in. When I entered the room, there were fingernails on the bedside table and a big spider web on the ceiling. Breakfast doesn't seem to belong to the hotel, it seems to be outsourced to private people, and it tastes terrible. It's just rubbish. What impressed me the most was a staff member at the front desk, whose name was Ricky. He was very nice, friendly and patient. Your hotel has such staff, which is your greatest treasure.”

“The Thunderbird was nicely managed by the front desk manager. They are doing renovations, but it wasn’t particularly noisy. I was able to park right in front of my room which I liked. There are a few restaurants and a convenience store within walking distance. The coffee maker was difficult to figure out, or perhaps broken. But I always bring my own Mini Keurig. It is reasonably priced for the accommodations. ”
