“Pool is not heated and is pretty cold. Water in the hot tub smells like metal and the water in the showers is not great. The hot tub jets don’t really have any strength to them and isn’t too hot. The house had a musty smell probably due to the high humidity of the pool. Nice layout of the house especially if you have younger kids that you want to put in the adjoining rooms. The pool is very nice once you get over the shock of 75 degree water. The window in the kitchen is great for grandmas……

“Todd went above abs beyond to assist me during this difficult time. We were there for a funeral and he was willing to accommodate and allow me to bring both my doggies and come help us let them out. “This house was perfect for me and my friends, it had everything we wanted. But my whole experience leading up to it was a mess because the person i originally booked it with, sold it to a property management company. So i had to rebook the property, which was a mess and the property company didn't know why it wasn't working so it took days to even do that and constant back and forth. Plus changes to booking policies since when i had first booked it which was annoying. Then You're talking to……

“Very nice, comfortable house. Excellent communication and response time. After I reported a malfunctioning coffee maker, a new coffee maker was delivered within 15 minutes!”

“We use this property as a late Christmas get together and it was perfect! There is plenty of space for everyone to spread out and have a good time. The hot tub was a hit and we would love to stay there in the summertime when the pool is open outside.”

“We had a such a wonderful time at the Appleton property. It is in a very quiet neighborhood. The home was very large, well decorated and made us feel at home. It was so nice to not live out of suitcase. It had all to conveniences of home, dishwasher, washer, dryer, large kitchen and two bathrooms. A very large family room, formal dining room and formal living room. The four bedrooms were very comfortable. We look forward to renting this property again when we are in the Appleton area. ”
