“Great location and accommodation. Would have been good to have enough bin bags and dishwashing tablets for length of stay but apart from that would recommend this to anyone. Communication from host was prompt. Would definitely stay there again. ”

“Beautiful home, comfy bedrooms and beds, lots to do at the home, fantastic location a short walk to beach (20 mins) and shopping/cafes/restaurants (10mins). House clean and well kept, pool area lovely. BUT - internet and wifi are awful! We could not watch TV or use our devices for more than 30-40 minutes without drop-out. Had to continually re-boot, so frustrating. Tried to watch a movie and after 4 attempts across 3 days gave up. MUST BE UPGRADED !!Other than that, a very good experience and……

“The house is large and lovely, has plenty of space to relax and achieve zen.... until you want to cook. The house sleeps upto 15 people but you couldn't cook or reheat a meal for that many people despite the kitchen being large and having a 900mm induction cooktop. All cookware but 2 frypans were not suitable for induction and they were small. The managing agent knew there was an issue but when I brought this to their attention they referred me to the operation manual and when they did……

“We love the caretaker cottage. It has everything you want. A step up into ensuite can be an issue. Also a lip in the bedroom doorway can be tricky if one is not paying attention. ”

“The house and facilities were excellent. Large pool and central air-conditioning kept everyone cool in the Xmas heat. The master bedroom is huge with ensuite and walk- through wardrobe. The location is close to golf courses, Broadbeach, restaurants and shops but doesn’t have the hustle and bustle of the crowded coastal fringe. ”

“Wow, as soon as you walk in the door. First night home delivered pizza, which we had around the fire pit, magic.We used island club courtesy busses to get around. Next day wepayed bowls, had dinner at bowls club. Next day bingo at golf club (yes we're all over 70).lunch at golf club, then water taxi home. We had a ball!!”
