“We found that we needed to wear thongs in the bathroom. The taps were mouldy and green in colour. The surfaces throughout were sticky and the walls were marked with dirty spots. The carpets had not been vacuumed. The wardrobe door would not open, so I was unable to hang my clothes or reach the iron to press them. The overall standard of cleanliness was below standard and a health issue. The toilet roll holder was disgusting with built up greasy grim, and the toilet paper was only one ply.……

“Unit was ok the actual entire resort is run down which is sad as the location is really good Rosanne is very happy to assist and answered all questions. Restaurant very unreliable with opening hours”

“The photos don't do this accommodation justice! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The bed was extremely comfortable and the accommodation had everything we needed. We loved the little extras such as coffee, cotton buds, good quality body wash, shampoo and conditioner. The views are out of this world. Communication with host was excellent. “The check in process was rubbish. No Key in the safe box. Had to contact Host. They said key was dropped in safe at 1:20. Rubbish. Key wasn't dropped in until 3:30pm after our phone call.. cleaner came into our apartment halfway through the stay one morning without any knock on the door. Would not recommend booking through Stayz again.”

“Not a great start. We arrived, had not received a text re cabin access and nobody answered the phone. When checking with Eungella Chalet we discovered that whoever input the dates into their systems had made a mistake. We had no accommodation for first night - dates a day ahead. Fortunately the lady at the chalet managed to find a one night stay at Broken River 5km away and the wonderful host there, Wen, welcomed us plus said she would work out payment with the cabins. Once we were in our cabin,……
