“A bit noisy during bed time. Not enough reminders for customers along the corridors.”

“The cleaness of hotel is extremely poor. We just stay one night but we found at least four cockroach in the room! They appeared on the bed,wall and above the refrigerator! It is a terrible experience. I do not recommend this for anyone. The bathroom is also very small and the another worse thing is there is no hot waterfor bathing! I believe hot water and cleaness is basic requirement for hotel. The Cliff House really disappoint me.”
