“Be careful of poor communication. Expect the case no one is there to help you to assist. They should have good effcetive communication at least during the stay. Though I liked the rooms but they are not professional and responsible. If you are planning with family please consider these parameters.”

“On the first day when we wanted to use the toaster to prepare for breakfast, it was so dirty that we had to give up. The inner side of the rice cooker was rusty and we couldn’t use it. Even the staff helped us to replace another one, the new rice cooker still didn’t work. The bathroom and kitchen floors were dusty. Even the hotel was newly opened, the carpet on the floor had patches of stain. The management of the hotel should be aware of cleanliness.”

“Location is good but service is very average. We asked for additional toilet paper and dish washer powder the second day, the reception said yes but didn’t provide it when we got back at night. We tried calling the emergency number provided but it was not even reachable….”

“地點非常好的公寓式飯店，臨近博物館、美術館、文化中心，適合親子住宿。唯臨近火車站，晚上不好眠的要考慮，整體感覺良好。”

“靠近車站跟超市，交通方便。房間、廚房、浴室乾淨，接待人員親切友善(非24小時接待，注意櫃台時間)。泳池不大，玩玩水可以。有洗烘衣機跟廚房，對我們很有幫助。”

“這間飯店沒有每日清㓗房間的服務，所以例如像洗碗精的東西我們就要另外買 整體上是不錯的 我們訂的是一人房，但是他給兩人房 這樣客廳比較大是很好，但是另外一個房間是不能可是他們又沒有鎖起來，只放了一張警告的紙/如果使用兩間會加收錢 我會建議飯店直接鎖掉一間，以免有的人沒看到或者是看不懂或者是小孩子沒看到就在上面玩”
