“The hotel is not near the lightening festival, it is unable to reach the festival on a snowy night even though it is only 15 minutes walk. The indoor onsen has no view and the front service is not helpful. Not suitable for non Japanese speaking customer, won’t stay this hotel again”

“The property is properly located at a quite neighborhood for people looking for privacy. Well renovated yet a bit modern as compare to other onsen ryokan in Japan. Staffs are super polite, helpful and considerate, exceeds most 5 stars hotel standard. The food over there are nice and the presentation is superb. It is just like an art...Each guest room has its own in-room onsen. Due to limited guest rooms, the public onsen is like private onsen most of the time. My family has an amazing stay……

“Didn’t receive check in guideline until we called to ask, no toothpaste, didn’t know there was hot spring pre-poured on the bathtub and we thought it was dirty water so we are so regret to drained them all out, the hotel would at least put a notice in the bathroom”
