“非常新的酒店, 新到令我覺得整體配套都尚未準備好開業環境跟酒店的狀況非常優秀, 值得推薦房間也很舒服, 大浴場也很寬敞唯獨酒店的服務人員及配套很不友善無法為住客提供充足的車位服務人員指示泊其他停車場時也說不清收費想要加購早餐被告知已滿額無法加購晚上想要多拿一個枕頭也被告知已經沒有額外的枕頭了想要入住的朋友可以考慮等酒店營運多一段日子再去吧”

“The property is properly located at a quite neighborhood for people looking for privacy. Well renovated yet a bit modern as compare to other onsen ryokan in Japan. Staffs are super polite, helpful and considerate, exceeds most 5 stars hotel standard. The food over there are nice and the presentation is superb. It is just like an art...Each guest room has its own in-room onsen. Due to limited guest rooms, the public onsen is like private onsen most of the time. My family has an amazing stay……

“相比大阪的分店，設施比較舊，但不阻礙享受浸溫泉的樂趣。因不是旺季，人流不太多，很好啊！地點實在太方便，三角市場，DONKI ，居酒屋，炸豬扒飯店，拉麵店，紀伊國屋書店，中央巴士總站，小樽JR站，運河，商店街等等，全部在步行範圍。這是我和家人住過的第三間dormy inn ，很享受呢！下次來北海道都會再選dormy inn ！”

“Hello, I enjoyed my stay in Asari Hotel very much. The hotel provided excellent service and a good variety of activities to people enjoy the stay. I'd like to express my appreciation to one of the lady staff at the front desk who helped me to make reservation in the morning of 8-Sep. I cannot speak Japanese fluently and she helped me with good support and in excellent manner. Thank you again! (I forgot to ask for her name tho.) Speaking of the facility.
