“秋天去二世古旅遊值得入住的一間service Apartment，地方乾淨環境清幽，可以望到羊蹄山或登山纜車風景，相信冬天景色更加漂亮，員工服務周到當我們駕駛到酒店即有幾個員工跑出來為我們安排車位搬行李真的非常讚，其中一位講普通話的男職員Mr Ki 很有禮貌地為我們解決客房的一切問題超級讚👍🙏下次再來二世古都會再次入住！”

“入住時，發現房間有菸味，原不以為意看之後味道會不會消散，晚餐結束回到房間，味道仍在，晚上10點多向櫃台反應，櫃台人員協助聯絡清潔或評估更換房間，於晚上11:30通知可更換，非常感謝櫃台服務人員。已是第二次拜訪二世谷希爾頓，仍感到舒適滿足。”

“Fancy decoration Hotel, they provide free transfers shuttle buses services to 4 ski resort in Niseko, and also have free parking for the self driving customer. The ski locker area with 24 hrs dry conditions is the best service I need. The breakfast are delicious with Western and Japanese style. Convenient Store & Super market just in a min by foots. I came this hotel every years since they grand opening with named First Cabin.”

The entire experience was seamless despite having no on-site staff, and I was impressed by both the cleanliness of my room and the functionality of the shared kitchen.
