“I highly rate this place a 5, even though,1) there was an awful, awful smell in the hallway of the 4th floor and 2) there was uncovered food left in the fridge. “We came into town for a one night stay to listen to some music at the Capitol Theatre. This apartment was so nice, and the location so wonderful, that we extended for the whole weekend. We were worried about the stairs, but the handrail makes them very navigable, even for people With aging joints like us.The deck in back was an excellent place to share coffee in the morning, and in the evening we were rewarded with a surprise when we saw the artist we came into town to hear, Hayes Carll, sitting……
