“Nice quiet area close to downtown in a nice historic neighborhood. House reminds me of NYC without traffic and easy to park. If you like historic homes this is the one!”

“A plumbing company came while I was staying at the unit and did work that was loud, caused me not to have water for 3 hours so, I left and ran some errands. No big deal really - I understand maintenance is a part of owning real estate. Upon my return the A/C wasn't working, however, I made the issue known to the owner, and she was able to move me to another unit within the building quickly. Issues happen. In my opinion, it's how owners/management react to issues, and I believe they did a good……

“We stayed at this place for a weekend. It was ok. But will not stay here again. Here are the details.The Good:It is in a brand new building. The unit is also new. It is very clean. Great location and you can walk to downtown area which has lost of restaurants and shopping. It is centrally located.The bad:The unit has a convoluted building numbering system and we had to spend couple of hours messaging the host and calling them to find the unit and enter it.The unit is managed by a 3rd party……

“I highly rate this place a 5, even though,1) there was an awful, awful smell in the hallway of the 4th floor and 2) there was uncovered food left in the fridge. I would definitely stay again and recommend. The location was perfect, being in the heart of downtown near lots of restaurants and close enough to the mall and other small shops.”

“We came into town for a one night stay to listen to some music at the Capitol Theatre. This apartment was so nice, and the location so wonderful, that we extended for the whole weekend. We were worried about the stairs, but the handrail makes them very navigable, even for people With aging joints like us.The deck in back was an excellent place to share coffee in the morning, and in the evening we were rewarded with a surprise when we saw the artist we came into town to hear, Hayes Carll, sitting……
