“Great property, really enjoyed the house.”

“The cabin was exactly how it was described. Small but perfect for the two of us, My wife and I. The property manager we spoke with was Tristan. She did an excellent job communicating and answering any questions we had. The cabin sits directly on the water (maybe 20'), separated by a wooden bulkhead. Perfect for fishing but no so much for swimming. The property has its own boat ramp. Because the cabin is in a trailer park, there were quite a few trailers, visitors, residents, I don't know……

“My daughter’s wedding was April 25, 2025. The bridal party stayed Thursday night before the wedding. Grandparents and parents stayed Friday night after the wedding. It was 3 min drive to the venue, and the house was AWESOME!”

“A Great getaway house for the weekend. Love the open living room spaces and kitchen. Everything was nice and clean. Really like the soft water they installed at the house. Only some minor issues that could have been better. The gas grill only have one spot of fire. Which it was very hard to grill but we managed. Of course then bugs and nats was swarming at nights but it wasn’t too bad. Overrall I would rent again in the future. ”

“Beautiful home! We stayed for a long weekend with family and had a wonderful time. The home is very large and amazing view of the lake. I loved how open the living, dining and kitchen were. Every room has a view of the lake. The bedrooms are very large and each has its own bathroom. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Hosts were very accommodating and responded quickly. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to the lake! ”

“The Hullabaloo Hideaway is an adorable private cabin in the Navasota countryside. It was the perfect size and place for a group of old friends to spend the weekend and catch up. The home and the property was clean. The host was communicative and very kind. There was plenty to do on the property and all the amenities were great. We will definitely be returning! ”

My children are all adults and we have stayed at some doozeies, but every now and then we find a hidden Gem. The Hat House is definitely just that. The fact that it is shaped like a hat barely touches the magic of this place. If a house that lived in my mind could come to fruition, this would be it. Every little thing, from the cowboy cat rug in the bathroom to the ruler box tucked……
