“東橫 INN作為連鎖酒店品牌一向有口碑，這一家小田原站東橫 INN離小田原站很近，而斜對面就是MINAKA小田原，是幢複合性商業設施，吃、買也不愁，再者，小田原站本身就已經有一個小商場，設超市、餐廳及其他商店。我們選的是雙床房，比預期大，擺放物品空間足，早餐是自助形式，選擇豐富，偏向日式，而且，方便趕早車的客人，提供外帶盒，可以自助取一大份「早餐便當」。個人而言，如果不一定要住溫泉旅館，住在小田原感覺更方便，因為在箱根裡面，很多店舖也很早關門。”

“Nice onsen hotel for family in Hakone. Private onsen arrangement for individuals. Spacious and clean room. Nice deal in early July. Happy stay and wish to visit again in the near future.”

“The service is good n the staff is friendly. We would like to visit them again in other time if possible. The only thing is the menu which has been fixed without any flexibility based on customer’s need.”

“It is too far away from Hakone, taking about 2 hours each day to travel back and forth though the hotel is near the train station. There is a small restaurant on the ground floor which is close during the dates I stayed there. ”

“Great pool and private baths on the roof. Free soft drinks and free bar from 8 till 10. Awesome views from the rooms. Recommended.”

“舒適乾淨的住宿環境，館內免費的飲料也非常多元方便。可惜的是新穎豐富的自助晚餐雖然選擇多元，若能夠是懷石料理會更有日本味道 建議館內可以有零食販賣機，半夜肚子餓時可以有東西吃”

“個人室內溫泉超好，住宿期間不停浸溫泉。晚餐食物超級美味。雖然是舊式旅館，但房間整潔也保養不錯。溫泉好好，如果喜歡浸溫泉的，真的推薦。”

“It’s a wonderful hotel with spacious rooms. The traditional dinner was splendid while the breakfast buffet offers a great variety of food with some uncommon delicacies. The environment is also comfy with great views. It’s just that not so convenient in terms of its location. Takes a 10-min slightly uphill walk from the train station. Can be tiring in summer. However, shuttle bus service can be arranged in fact. Can ask for help with the arrangement at the information center on the ground floor……

“第二次入住了, 一如以往一樣, 房間大而且舒適, 唯一最不好是晚上餐廳只到20:00, 跟Outlet關門時間一樣, 入住這酒店最大原因是要到Outlet購物, 但附近晚上沒有任何餐飲服務是這間酒店最大問題及壞處, 只可吃杯麵或搭的士外出去車站才找到東西吃, 甘大間酒店也沒有room service......”
