“Very beautiful property! Beautiful night sky views and excellent nature, perfect place for a romantic weekend”

“The cottage is very nicely remodeled and in a beautiful area of Hunter Mountain. The inside was immaculate and exactly as described and pictured. The cottage had nice touches like linens, towels, and toiletries provided. We stayed for the weekend to attend a family wedding in nearby Saugerties. There were a few small inconveniences that I will mention because I do read reviews before I rent places and thought it might be helpful. The property has 3 wall air conditioners but we couldn’t get the……

“Just as expected. Met Jim, our host on the day of our arrival and he was a real nice and friendly guy. Cottage was clean, comfy and very nice. We did not get to enjoy the outside fire pit, but it was there for us. A great place to stay, right in the center of where we wanted to be. We will be returning; hopefully many times in the future.”

“I don't like to put negative energy out into the Universe BUT... from the steep slippery stairs to the upside down entry door to the lack of water- no water at all in the morning- then the sulfuric water. And then there was the creepy cat picture on the wall. We named the place the S King Lodge after our favorite horror writer. The stairs alone are a red red flag. No light at the top of these steep, jankily constructed danger. And then theres the inside for which the only word that suits the……

“The cottage was a great place to stay with great easy access to downtown Woodstock, Kingston, and Rhineback. Lots of attention to detail by the owner. For example, there are plenty of kitchen utensils and dishes and tons of books and DVD's. The DVD's are displayed in alphabetical order and there are multiple heat zones that enabled the bathroom to independently be very warm while keeping the remaining zones more temperate. The place has everything you need for a cozy stay. The only……

“My husband and I said “WOW” when we walked in the door. The space is absolutely gorgeous with plenty of room to spread out and a beautiful sleeping loft. The bed was super comfy and the apartment was so clean! It was decorated thoughtfully and had everything you could think of that you might need. Terri was a gracious host and let us check in early. Everything about this unit was exceptional!”
