“We wanted to spend a few days skiing at Belleayre and the house is conveniently located just a few minutes drive away. The premises were very clean and provided all of the comfort we needed during our staying. The pantry was nicely stocked and the kitchen had plenty of appliances to cook a storm if we wanted to. Room for improvement consists of better beds/mattresses (I know it is subjective but the twin bed is really too soft and the single ones weren't any better) and more tableware.……

“We had an amazing stay at this lovely cozy home in the Catskills during our visit to the Rhinebeck sheep and wool festival (about an hour away). The views in this area were superb during the peak autumn season. The home was clean and had every amenity one could think of. The hot tub was clean and relaxing. This cottage was the perfect balance, providing us the freshness of the creekside and all its wild greenery, some bugginess, and a clean place to rest that wasn’t overly sterile and bland. “This home is a beautiful refuge. Lots of windows offer breathtaking views and colorful sunsets. The house is well-furnished and equipped. The owner was accessible and invested in our comfort in his home. Renters should understand, however, that the primary bedroom is in a loft, with no shades or drapes to cover the windows. If all that light/exposure would be a sleep issue for other renters, they should bring a good sleep mask. ”
