“I lived for 8 night but the hotel only offer one cleaning service. Need to request at the front desk for one more cleaning and never mentioned during first check-in. Each additional cleaning need to add CHF 35.”

“Dolder Grand is in a really nice district but has a tradeoff that it is not so convenient for public transport especially after 11:30pm when the cable car to Dolder Grand stops working. The hotel has a very modern interior and the view from the room is magnificent as it is overlooking the whole Zurich. The service is really great and the staff are very helpful. Overall, if you want to experience a luxurious hotel experience in Zurich, Dolder Grand is your choice”

“位置在火車站傍邊，搭火車、購物去蘇黎世景點都非常方便。高級雙人房面積相對比較大，床墊舒適，每天房間內有送新鮮水果和一支玻璃樽裝水，浴室有雙洗手盤和浴缸及企缸。服務員態度好，早餐也不錯。值得再次入住”

“附屬餐廳晚餐的服務生態度極為惡劣，桌邊服務非常的不專業，言語毛躁，且有種族歧視之嫌！ Check out曾向飯店反應，主管也是應付的態度，連說聲抱歉或門口歡送也沒有，這根本不值得五星！”

“Very cute boutique hotel. Rooms are comfortable, spacious ans quiet. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Great location next to the old town. There is construction across tbe street, but it was quiet. We had breakfast included, which was decent. There is not A/C (air conditioner), its juat a fan blowing cooler.air, a bit loud.”

Comfortable beds, Spacious yet cozy rooms, great views, peaceful surrounding area, and great burgers in nearby restaurants/bars. And the city center is not far. “整體環境很好，房間很大，床很舒服，早餐起司很多，冰箱有兩瓶水（一般水跟氣泡水）以上都推薦 唯一吹風機的電源卡住，半夜請櫃檯人員來幫忙”

“Hotel is convenient and nice. However a few front desk staff not too patient and polite. A short distance walk from hotel to airport is not covered so it may cause little problem if it’s raining and you have big luggage. Else perfect.”
