“This hotel was amazing!! I felt so welcomed as soon as I walked in the door! Receptionist Vinicius was super nice! They helped to charge my portable charger at the front desk when my adapter no longer worked! All staff members helped to facilitate Uber pick up and drop off! Because I spoke Portuguese it was easier to build a good relationship with them! They were so respectful, informative and made sure I made it to my destination and back safely seeing I was a solo traveler! I will DEFINITELY……

“I was given a wonderful room with a great ocean view on a upper floor. I had a couple of minor issues with the room that were not the fault of the hotel and they were promptly taken care of. One that I did find that was unacceptable was that the internet went out every single morning. I notified hotel staff 4 of my 7 days about this. 1 day it was immediately fixed and I received a call from the front desk telling me that. The other 3 day the front desk staff acted like it was something that……

“O check in tinha fila que demorou bastante. O atendimento da recepção foi muito bom. A piscina maravilhosa, atendimento da piscina, restaurante foram excelentes. O quarto é otimo, com linda vista, confortável, com frigobar, microondas, mas sem utensilios. A cabeceira da cama estava muito suja de poeira. De resto, tudo limpo. Vale a pena se hospedar pelo servico, localizacao… em frente a praia, com restaurantes que da pra ir andando. O estacionamento é a parte R$ 70,00 diaria, ou estacionar nas……

“Wonderful views! , a once amazing property but now needs much T.L.C ! Decoration exciting , wood build house fantastic design , benefit from thorough deep clean , including pool areas outside too . Appreciate difficulty keeping clean as in jungle area (had mouse in room! ) but great to see monkeys on our balcony. For the price would also expect more breakfast variety (same for 3 days )but was a pleasure to greeted by friendly Mattao the host with great coffee each morning . ”
