“The room was ok but the bathroom was extremely dirty, it smelled terrible, I did not want to touch anything in the bathroom. The front desk ALWAYS had a bad attitude, different employees at front desk so it's the hotels culture to be rude. The cleaning crew was nice.”

“O hotel é ótimo, bem localizado, com boa estrutura. Oferece cadeiras de praia e guarda-sol (apesar de que um dia tivemos que esperar um tempo considerável porque não tinha suficiente); os funcionários são bastante solícitos; também destaco a piscina, que tem um ambiente agradável e com ótima vista (apesar de ser pequena). Únicos pontos de melhoria são o secador, que não esquentava, e a limpeza do ar condicionado.”

“The hotel is excellent. Service from all the staff was excellent. Food in the restaurant was excellent. Great location right across the street from Copacabana beach. View from the rooftop pool/bar is incredible! Great place to spend a few days in Rio. Plus if you want to go to Ipanema beach it is an easy walk of about 5 blocks. There are many restaurants within walking distance. Recommended 100%”
