“Clean the room daily and change the towels. It is very good. The Room needs to be older, but the staff is really good. Free parking is an advantage and will definitely stay again. Thank You so much!”

“not a good time to check in, no service at all after Christmas day, the worst is hotel did not send me the check in information, eg. entry code, room no., etc. Then, as a overseas tourist, cannot have a local phone for this purpose, have to ask another room customer how to check in. Therefore, we have to choose our room by ourself...a bit disppointed by the nearly no facilities at all in the room, eg. small fridge, boiling pot.”

“Overall it was fine but there are no staff overnight and their fire alarm went off at 5am. There was no one to deactivate it so it went for a full 20 minutes before it switched off automatically.”

“Stayed overnight for a concert nearby. The staff were wonderful in welcoming us & assisting with arranging a shuttle bus to and from the venue. Food was very good & the accommodation very comfortable & clean. Will definitely stay there again. Such a good experience ”

“The rooms were comfortable and well serviced. The water in the bathroom was... nuanced. We went downstairs to the Bistro for dinner both nights of our stay and were pleasantly surprised by the price and quality of the food. The staff were incredibly accommodating when we asked if we could take our unfinished drink (child's soft drink) and meal upstairs to complete it and the complimentary colouring in was a nice distraction.”

“It’s a good property. We booked and paid for a 4BR apartment with 3 toilets They gave us only a 3 BR apartment with only 2 toilets . As a result the 3 rd family had to move out to a house of one of our friends . Though we messaged the issue , no response from owners . It was shocking ”
