“Good location, nice house”

“I only wish we had more time! Although we spent most of our time walking and exploring the very accessible town, our evenings were spent enjoying the comfortable and eclectically decorated home. I highly recommend this "GEM" for your stay in Geneva.”

“We had a great time staying here. It’s a cozy home with just about anything you could possibly need! We really enjoyed the shuffleboard table and hanging out on the deck. It was a very relaxing stay! We would definitely visit again. ”

“The property is a lovely lakefront house with upper and lower porches overlooking dock and lake. The mid-Sept weather was gorgeous; kayaked twice and even managed a (chilly) swim in the lake. Having a piano in the living room was special; it was fun trying to remember my piano lessons from 60 years ago. The house is conveniently located just a few minutes from town with several restaurants and Wegman's that offers prepared meals that can be warmed up. The Heron Hill winery is a 20 min scenic……

“The property owners and manager were super communicative and easy to work with. The home was immaculately clean and in a convenient location. My daughter and I were able to relax and sleep well in between sessions at a sports tournament. Check-in and out could not have been easier. Thank you for a great stay!”

“What sold me and my family on this property was the photos of the location and they did not do it justice! This location is absolutely breathtaking inside and out! My personal favorite was the open kitchen into the dining area and the outside patio overlooking Canandaigua Lake! The downstairs living and bedrooms were so cozy and inviting! We used every space of this property and loved our six day stay! The one thing I would suggest is additional umbrellas for the outside patio that gets very hot……

“Ideal location close to downtown and within a mile of Sonenburg Gardens, where the wedding we were in town for was held. Super clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay tremendously.”

“My wife and I, children, and grandchildren had a great experience. The place is alive with wildlife! Saw mother deer with fawns, chipmunks, squirrels, & foxes in the yard. Spent time on the lake, and dined at great restaurants. Bristol mountain outdoor adventures has an awesome zip line course. ”

“Overall everything was as advertised. The home was clean & well cared for. I would definitely recommend this home as a perfect house on a lake. It has a spacious deck off the living/dining room & a good size dock where my grandchildren enjoyed fishing. There are also 2 kayaks to use.”
