“This was in a great location, close to train station, shopping, restaurants etc. It was clean and had great amenities. The only down side was it didn’t have an elevator and the bathroom light was on a motion sensor and came on during the night”

“Bed was large and comfortable. The room was spec’d to a high standard which was nice. The kitchenette had all the necessary equipment with a large built in fridge and freezer compartment. Getting into the property was easy and fully self service. Onsite parking is free with quite a few spots at the back and front. There is a Chinese restaurant next door to the building that does takeaway which was a great option. Only issues for me; I didn’t like the sliding door for the bathroom, would much……

“VR Apartments are very well located in Southside Glasgow. My wife and I were over for her to have a surgery and short recovery, 5 day stay. We found the flat to be quite small, we are both quite tall people so would likely not book again based on this alone. The flat would suit someone of a shorter height or individual booking better. The hosts are incredibly responsive via text message, they were accomodating of an early check in for us which was greatly appreciated. There was a security mishap……

“The pods themselves are great. Very spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Did encounter an issue with the heating upon arrival. POD was so hot inside the surfaces were too hot to touch. Never had this happen before. Calls to office and emergency line were not answered. Had to drive around looking for someone and a nice staff, Kirsten, at the event facility helped me. Finally had to disconnect heating completely from pod. Unfortunately had to stay in the pod all night with the doors……

“A central location for exploring Falkirk and surrounds, the unit was fully equipped with everything one needs for self catering. It was new and very clean. Especially appreciated the washing machine. A little over decorated made it feel cluttered but otherwise a great place to stay. ”

“What a great spot and gracious hosts! We stayed for just over a week. We had a few little issues when we first arrived. The management team was responsive and very attentive. They checked in periodically to see if the issues were resolved and if we needed anything further. This location is fabulous! So many shops and eateries. Grocery store is just a few blocks up. Lots of night life culture to experience as well. It's easy to catch a train or bus from this location and travel anywhere you'd……

“Person who rented out the apartment ignored my calls, texts & emails which meant we had no access to apartment even though it was paid for. My wife & me were left stranded in the freezing cold in Glasgow & had to book a hotel. Absolutely disgusting way to treat people, would avoid at all costs.”
