“Ich war im Vornherein skeptisch, da Adresse und Koordinaten nicht übereingestimmt haben. Zudem kam keine Antwort vom Vermieter. Am Telefon hat FeWo meine Sorgen entkräftet, dass es keine Probleme mit der Unterkunft gäbe. Vor Ort haben wir die Unterkunft nicht gefunden. Nach langer Suche haben wir den Besitzer gefunden, der meine Buchung nicht erhalten hat und ausgebucht war. FeWo verweigert seit dem die Rückzahlung. Jegliche Begründung ist ein schlechter Scherz.”
