“The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We arrived early and although there was no staff at the hotel, a staff member quickly arrived and opened the hotel, let us get ready and stored our bags whilst we went to Petra. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised given the price we paid. It was a walkable distance to Petra and there were restaurants nearby where we had breakfast and dinner. “Much much better than expected from a decor, staff, service and value perspective! It would be quite easy for Petra Moon Luxury Hotel to rest on its incredibly good location but it doesn’t. “Had an amazing stay during the 2 nights stay here during Christmas. The staff are very attentive and helpful. The gentleman who manages the breakfast is outstanding, who helps to identify different dishes and shares his expertise. “Very cool and unique property very convenient to Little Petra. Nice place to stay but what really makes this special are the staff. “Hotel gave us free upgrade with terrace in our 3 day staying and I really appreciate that. Room is well equipped with kettle and shower gel, WIFI is stable. The hotel staffs are all very nice , they gave us warm greeting every time when we go in and out hotel. The hotel staff helped us to book JETT bus ticket to Amman, and the bus stop is just next to Petra. Hotel is at central area, 8 mins walk to Petra entrance with lost of restaurant selections along the main road. Hot water is always ready……
