“The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We arrived early and although there was no staff at the hotel, a staff member quickly arrived and opened the hotel, let us get ready and stored our bags whilst we went to Petra. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised given the price we paid. It was a walkable distance to Petra and there were restaurants nearby where we had breakfast and dinner. “It’s a good price for what you get. It’s close to the entrance of Petra. It’s up one of the hills, so the walk home after a whole day in Petra might be challenging after a long day. The rooftop is very nice. ”

“Amazing comfortable room with a view. We were lucky to get a room with a balcony. Check in a breeze and allowed us in our room early. Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back as loved our experience here. Only let down was a lack luster breakfast but as we were not there at a very busy time of year it might have contributed. “Had an amazing stay during the 2 nights stay here during Christmas. The staff are very attentive and helpful. The gentleman who manages the breakfast is outstanding, who helps to identify different dishes and shares his expertise. There is a newly opened Italian restaurant called Oliva which is so good and it only cost below JOD15 for two people.”

“Hotel is very close to the Petra Visitor Center and so a very ideal base for sightseeing in Petra. Room rate came with free minibar (soft drinks and mineral water) and complimentary box of Arabic biscuits. Room has capdule coffee machine. The powerful rainfall shower is an added bonus. Hotel has pool, sauna and steam room for relaxation. Staff were very professional and courteous to guests.”

“Hotel gave us free upgrade with terrace in our 3 day staying and I really appreciate that. Room is well equipped with kettle and shower gel, WIFI is stable. The hotel staffs are all very nice , they gave us warm greeting every time when we go in and out hotel. The hotel staff helped us to book JETT bus ticket to Amman, and the bus stop is just next to Petra. Hotel is at central area, 8 mins walk to Petra entrance with lost of restaurant selections along the main road. Hot water is always ready……
