The hotel staffs are all very nice , they gave us warm greeting every time when we go in and out hotel. The hotel staff helped us to book JETT bus ticket to Amman, and the bus stop is just next to Petra. Hotel is at central area, 8 mins walk to Petra entrance with lost of restaurant selections along the main road. Hot water is always ready……

“The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We arrived early and although there was no staff at the hotel, a staff member quickly arrived and opened the hotel, let us get ready and stored our bags whilst we went to Petra. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised given the price we paid. It was a walkable distance to Petra and there were restaurants nearby where we had breakfast and dinner. “Grand Mercure was actually closed for renovation, so we were sent to Mövenpick Petra and our stay was amazing! All Staff were exceptional and we were also upgraded! “If you are visiting Petra this is the perfect place to stay. It’s less than a 5 minute drive to the sight but is conveniently quiet and serene. The food was delicious and perfect after a long day exploring Petra! The beds were extremely comfortable. We had difficulty keeping the AC on all night but apart from that which I’m sure is fixable (we were too tired to phone down and have it sorted). The room was lovely and the view was fabulous. The staff were so attentive. ”
