“Great option for 2 people. Quiet, peaceful and clean. No complaints and would stay there again. Suggestions: ice cube trays since there is no ice maker, bed not super comfy, a few more hangers in the closets and rules about walking around. There is a really nice pond in the back and we would have liked to walk around but since the owner was home (rental above the garage) wanted to be respectful of their property. “Our favorite place to stay in Pinetop. All you need on one quaint property. Always clean, always peaceful and always relaxing. Great for grownups and kids alike.”

“We enjoyed our stay at the property. It was more than big enough with lots of extra beds. The kids enjoyed all the games. The surrounding trees were a peaceful setting. Communication was quick as the water wasn't on when we arrived and they took care of it right away. It was also very warm and stuffy when we arrived and it took awhile to cool down since there is no AC. Even with the fans and windows open it didn't cool down as much as we hoped. “Arrived early and it was chilly inside, but perfect directions on how to get the place comfortable for us made the place nice and cozy pretty quickly. Made several really good meals in the kitchen and didn't want for anything. Even a back up fridge, dorm size, available and we really needed it. So a bonus.
