“I regret to inform you that this establishment falls short of the standards expected of a hotel. It more closely resembles a motel intended for short-term stays, such as hourly rentals, and is not suitable for families or business travelers. The noise from neighboring rooms was particularly disruptive and unacceptable. Furthermore, the staff lacked a welcoming demeanor, contributing to an overall negative experience. Additionally, the internet connection was unreliable, frequently disconnecting……
