“The front door to the attached apartment is actually on the side of the house. This was confusing when we checked in. There are multiple front doors. Everything was clean, well stocked and lovely. Our only issue was that there was a problem with the boiler in the basement under the apartment during our stay. We experienced on and off loud humming sound through the heat vents even though we were not using the heat. The owners were responsive to direct chats through the Vrbo App. I would……

“When my wife and I opened the door to this stunning studio, we were ecstatic. It was the cleanest rental I’ve ever seen. The scent of the apartment was one of supreme cleanliness. There was light on three sides. I believe there are six or seven windows. We were amazed. The floors sparkled, including the inlaid compass on the floor! That was an amazing touch. “We found this property to be appropriately comfortable and well- laid out overall for our stay with two babies and our dogs. It is not a very fancy location or property, but served our needs well to spend time on our favorite island. The residential neighborhood is fairly noisy. I did appreciate the host’s communication and understanding for two potential issues- one huge one being a date change and then change back due to ferry car reservations.
