One thing I’d mention is that there are no smoke detectors or carbon monoxide detectors in the house (which they say in the listing, it wasn’t a surprise), so if that is something that is important to you, I would recommend bringing your own. The location is ideal for walking everywhere, the house was well appointed and had everything you needed. Sam was quick to reply and very pleasant and accommodating. “Great house, all redone, great location. Right at the edge of town but quiet area. ”

“There were a number of positives and negatives; the positives: - good sized main living room - nice large, shady deck for outdoor meals - good outdoor seating - outdoor shower was useful - reasonably close to beautiful beaches Some negatives: - large main yard was unmowed, which was unpleasant and we weren't really able to use it - decks had some protruding nail heads, which were somewhat treacherous - washer and dryer were old and took a long time to run and were very noisy - window screens……
