“Excellent service - we were offered early check in and use of pool facilities after check out which made our stay very convenient. Rooms are clean and comfortable. It's located close to the bus terminal, cable car and centre. Views from room and pool area were breathtaking.”

“Hotel is amazing, so many antiques and curiosity’s to look at. Very much old fashioned style. Stunning views, quiet location. Book an Etna view room as away from the road. Lots of choice for breakfast and the hotel restaurant just up the road, La Caverna is wonderful. From the pool, reception and the restaurant staff I really can’t fault them. This really is a wonderful hotel. A short walk up a hill is Castelmola for beautiful shops bars and lovely for a drink in the evening. Bus stop outside……
