“A very good stay in Kathmandu! The staff is very helpful - and we felt very well treated by them during our visit. E.g. we had been on a morning Mountain flight, where they had given us a breakfast package. They also gave us breakfast when we got back from the flight. “Totally bad experience. After traveling so many places , It was our first time we did not get our reserved family room though we prepaid two nights. Also they did not notify or said anything about the room until we entered and found two single bed(1m). It was obvious that it could not add another extra bed in such a narrow space. After we inquired how three people can sleep with 8 years old son, the front desk called and their manager showed up, many excuses but without apologies for they did……
