2 bedroom apartment with roof terrace (40 sqm) and a kitchen balcony in Siderno, South Italy.
1 h 15 min from Lamezia Terme Airport.
10-15 min walk from Siderno railway station.
Bedroom 1: double bed.
Bedroom 2: 2 single beds and in the lounge a bed-sofa for 2 persons.
Kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 laundry room. 5 min walk to beach (The Ionian Sea),10 min=shopping centre, 5-15 min=city centre with shops, cafés and restaurants. In Siderno you find the 'Lungomare' 2 km of promenade along the beach and there are also fishing so you can easily be served various fish and mussels.
Calabria is bounded to the west by the Tyrrhenian Sea, and to the east by the Ionian Sea. The capital city of Calabria is Catanzaro. In Calabria you can also visit olive oil factories, wine yards with wine making, farms with cheese and sausage production. Calabria is famous for its delicious food.
From Siderno you can easily visit the beautiful mountains, ancient village Gerace, big town Reggio di Calabria, beautiful tourist towns Tropea, Pizzo and Capo Vaticano.

Completion of building: The house on Via Enrico Fermi is a new built house with 4 floors. Elevator was finally installed (January 2013). The inner garden, now has lights, outdoor walls are painted, still missing the grass at the innergarden.

l'appartamento della sig.ra Stribeck è come lo vedi sul sito homeaway, non ci sono "sorprese". Luminoso, ben arredato, pulito, dotato di tutto ciò che serve per un soggiorno confortevole; le due camere da letto sono spaziose ed i letti hanno dei comodi materassi su cui riposare nonché degli ampi armadi in cui riporre il vestiario; la cucina soggiorno è moderna con colori vivaci dotata di tutto financo della lavastoviglie . Il bagno è capiente con doccia con acqua calda e c'è pure lo sgabuzzino dove trovi la lavatrice con gli attrezzi per la pulizia . L'intero appartamento è climatizzato ma comunque fresco. Il punto forte è però il terrazzo con vista panoramica ( mare e montagna)sul quale trascorrere delle tranquille serate in pieno relax seduti sui comodi divanetti o sui lettini ivi presenti. La spiaggia è a 150 mt circa ed altrettanto lo sono un bel supermercato Conad e negozi di ortofrutta. Che dire ? Siamo stati bene anzi benissimo per tutto il periodo che vi abbiamo soggiornato. Peccato che la settimana è trascorsa velocemente e per due giorni il tempo non è stato clemente. la sig.ra Angelina ci ha accolto con cortesia e con altrettanta cortesia ci ha salutati . In sintesi una vacanza a misura di famiglia veramente rilassante. Da ripetere qualora ne avessimo l'opportunità.

Waren zum ersten mal in Siderno. Die Wohnung ist Traumhaft gelegen, sehr sauber und neu, modern gestaltet. Einfache Abwicklung sowohl mit der Vermieterin als der Betreuerin vor Ort! Absolut zu empfehlen.

Quest'anno abbiamo deciso di tornare in Calabria e non potevamo non tornare nel fantastico appartamento della Sig.ra Anita a Siderno. Eravamo già stati nel 2015 e ci eravamo trovati benissimo, ora è anche meglio grazie ad alcune migliorie (chaise loungue sul terrazzo per esempio). La Sig.ra Anita è serissima e sempre chiara e puntuale nelle risposte, la sig.ra Carmelina che cura l'appartamento è molto disponibile ad ogni richiesta. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente la prossima vta che torneremo in Calabria! Alberto Pravato

Anitas vacation rental is equipped with everything you need. A balcony facing the sea and road and the large roof terrace overlooking the rooftops of Siderno and the mountains on the horizon invites you to a cozy, summery relax. The beds are very comfortable, the furniture is modern and functional. The communication with Anita is very nice and she is very hard-working. Thanks for everything and many greetings!

Siamo stati nell'appartamento della signora Anita il mese di Agosto 2015, che dire, alloggio fantastico, più bello della mia abitazione. La casa ha un terrazzo enorme, con una splendida vista su Gerace e sul mare di Siderno, è completa di tutto il necessario. La posizione è ottima, sia per i servizi, dato che il supermercato più vicino è raggiungibile a piedi, sia per il mare. La spiaggia è a 200 mt, e basta dire di essere nell'appartamento della signora Anita per ricevere un trattamento da re. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento e consiglio la signora Anita, purtroppo quest'anno non sono riuscito ad andare, ma sicuramente se dovessi tornare in vacanza a Siderno, proverei ad affittare questa casa. La casa è comoda per 4 persone, io mia moglie e i miei 2 bambini che hanno goduto alla grande del fantastico terrazzo. Che altro aggiungere, Siderno è bellissima e la Gioiosa Ionica, fantastica anche lei, è solo a pochi chilometri di distanza.
