“New property. Nice facility. A few pointers about the property. The pillows were vert smelly. When I asked they said they were ostrich feather pillows. The staff asked for my feedback way too many times. Even before I arrived they were calling me asking for my feedback. It’s nice to take feedback. But annoying when it’s excessive. ”

“The hotel manager (Mr. Ahmed Farag ) and concierge ( Mr. Adham ) at this hotel were exceptional. The hotel manager was always attentive and made sure that all of our needs were met. They were organized and efficient in handling any issues or requests that we had during our stay. The concierge was extremely knowledgeable about the area and provided us with excellent recommendations for restaurants, attractions, and activities. They were also very helpful in arranging transportation and making……

“Neat & nice resort with all good amenities & beach facilities with nice pools and landscape . A reasonable value for money for this hotel type resort & good room services . Located next to a beach club playing loud music till 4AM . The sea is calm & no high waves noticed like other unsuitable beaches in the north coast which is a big advantageous issue. Twin houses are nicely layed out with nice furniture & fully equipped kitchen . Not hesitant to recommend it to travellers to the Northern coast……

“The hotel bed is not comfortable The beach is full of plastic on the sand , water . People throw glass bottles on the sea . Breakfast is great .Blue ocean and nice views . Pool water very cold . The rooms are degraded and lack of maintenance. No towels all the time and full of stains . many problems about towels give you used towels from other person . Too expensive for the conditions ”
