“Das Haus von Simona ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für alle erdenklichen Ausflüge. In der unmittelbaren Nähe von Siena gelegen, das mit seiner wunderschönen und einmaligen Piazza ein absolutes Highlight ist, kann man von dort aus Florenz, Volterra, San Giminiano und selbst das Meer bestens erreichen.Wir haben uns sehr gut gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und Simona ist eine sympathische und aufmerksame Gastgeberin.Wir können allen Toscanareisenden das Haus wärmstens empfehlen.”

“Mooi omgeving, fenomenale uitzichten. We sliepen in de Tiziano, mooi ruime kamer (gezin met 3). Lekker basis ontbijt, personeel was ook heel behulpzaam. Dicht bij Siena… Enige minpunten: Was de belachelijk meerprijs 50€ per nacht voor een mobiele plooibed waar je eigenlijk geen kind meer van 12 jaar kan laten inslapen. Door een storm/onweer is alles weggewaaid en vuil geworden , alles werd netjes opgeruimd. Behalve het zwembad zat vol met slijk/bladeren en daar hebben we 2 dagen moeten in……

“Overall this is a very good and properly run Agriturismus in particular given this is our first time with an Agriturismus. The family running the properties was very nice and helpful, speaks good English and help with accommodation. If you are happy with chatting, you will definitely find yourself a lot of fun with them as well. You can request, of course with a few Euros, for a simple breakfast in the morning. The property is easy to reach by GPS. The only defect, to some, maybe the lack of……

“There is a big gap between what appears on the website and the reality, getting to the room is very difficult. (Requires traveling by car on an unpaved road) The living conditions are not comfortable at all. Very small shower. There are no air conditioners in the rooms. Dark and unlit rooms. The kitchen is very small and uncomfortable. A small office refrigerator is not enough for the contents of the whole family (perhaps for two people) cleanliness at a very low level. The hotel's rooms are……

“The staff were so friendly and polite to us during our stay. Such a gem of a place to stay and we are very happy we chose to stay there ”

“Stayed the first week of October 2024. We had a very busy schedule so didn’t get to meet our host Simona but we communicated very well via What’s app. The villa is really beautiful, very convenient to Siena and the rest of Tuscany. Hertz rented us too large of an SUV, parking spaces around Tuscany are really really tiny. Also do some research beforehand regarding driving in Italy, it really paid off for us. The Salumeria is very close to the villa and Conad supermarket is a short drive away.……
