“Outstanding! A wonderful boutique hotel, right in the heart of the historic district. Located right across the pedestrian street from the Piazza del Campo, it is surprisingly quiet, even during the Palio festivities. Katia is a delightful host, and was helpful in every way. She is an excellent communicator. It is a very discrete entrance -- see photo -- look for the small "35" on the building. Highly recommend! ”
