“I'm so happy that we found this place. This will be a spot we always return to for our family visits to Costa Rica. It's perfectly located near some of the BEST BEACHES and SURF spots in the world! We had SO much fun. How many places have their very own Private Waterfall, fresh Fruit Trees, sky view swimming pool, and top notch security. “Casa De Pastores was in the most ideal location possible for our family vacay to Uvita Costa Rica! Just a short walk uphill is a gorgeous waterfall/swimming hole/butterfly garden, down the road are amazing restaurants, excursion start points, shops and a grocery store. Minutes from some of the most gorgeous beaches I've ever seen! The house was well equipped, felt incredibly clean, and had everything you might need to go tooling around town. “We had an amazing time staying at this home! We gathered for a girls trip and 50th bday party. The home has everything you need!! Well stocked kitchen, beautiful views, private swimming pool, gated entry, amazing seating areas outside on the beautiful patio! Wildlife and landscaping were beautiful! Cynthia and Karol were super responsive and extremely helpful with every question we had. Only about 10 mins to Uvita where the restaurants are amazing and grocery stores are all stocked!……

“We had a great stay! 5 min walk to the beach, very private. 45 min walk to Uvita and about an hour to the whale tail. Short drive to town. The place is close to the main road so there is some noise. The noise did not seem to bother the amazing animals we saw while sitting on the porch- monkey, toucans, birds. I would stay here again. ”

“Amazing views and place! Unfortunately we had airline connection issues and missed a full day. Mark is a great guy who is readily available for questions and help. Saw some toucans, hawk lots of unidentified birds. Love the pool and peaceful surroundings. Really amazing location with minimal drive to main road. Had 4wheel but never needed. Hubby enjoyed the hammock. Thank you Mark for sharing your beautiful house! Wish we had booked longer not enough time to explore the area. Hope to return……

“We stayed here after a week of events for our wedding with a few friends and it was EXACTLY what we needed to de-stress! The house is amazing! I’ve never felt so relaxed! The house is beautifully nestled on a mountain in the rainforest overlooking the ocean. Monkeys visited us every morning, as well as other local wildlife.Licho was the perfect host and was available if we needed anything. Will definitely be returning very soon!”
