“We have overall had a nice stay for one month in the apartment. A nice apartment and clean surroundings with pool and tennis. The placement is like 1,5 hour walking distance to Estepona, so would recommend a car, if you are staying here. There is not much kitchen equipment, only the basic you need. Other than that there is only sun at the balcony After 17 o’ clock, but then its good that there is a Nice pool area. We had a Nice stay, and Brian was Nice and helpful with all the questions we had.……

“Positives : Greeted by a nice bottle of wine. Location is excellent. Not to far from Old Town and Port. Close to Food shopping ( Mercadona, Lidl ) and highways. The flat is clean and well appointed; as is the development in general. In unit washer/dryer ( rare in Spain ) appreciated. Lots of storage and closets. “Le logement est tres propre et bien entretenue. Le propriétaire est très disponnible et réactif (d'ailleurs il vit dans l'immeuble). Petite attention dans le frigo pour nous rafraîchir à nôtre arrivee très appréciable, ainsi que des petits bonbons pour les enfants. Globalement très satisfaite. Mais certaines choses m'ont dérangé.
